Instructions to Candidates for Filling Online Application:

• Webpages are best viewed in Firefox, Chrome and Edge.
• Before submitting the online application, the applicants are requested to go through carefully the details of the post and content of the post on the website
  https://www.ncess.gov.in.
• Submit online application well before the last date along-with legible and scanned copies of educational qualification, experience certificates, date of birth, disability (OH, PH), caste (ST /ST/OBC) certificate, Ex-servicemen Certificate, No Objection Certificate in .pdf format (with file size less than 300KB) for each document/attachment without any protected and corrupted pdf file. If the certificates are in a language other than English or Hindi, then attested translation should be uploaded.
• Copies of certificates (self-attested) in support of educational qualification (10th Class Onwards), date of birth and experience, if any, should be uploaded with the application.
• Please be noted that the online application form is not editable after final submission.
• The application form is available online on NCESS website https://www.ncess.gov.in. The candidate has to fill the application online and upload recent passport size photograph (to enable issue of admit card), signature and relevant mark sheets (for all semesters) and certificate for Academic/professional qualifications, proof of date of birth, experience certificate, Certificate in prescribed format in respect of candidates seeking relaxation etc. If the certificates are in a language other than English, attested translation should be uploaded. Upon submission, an online Registration Number will be provided by the system.
• A recent passport size photograph (scanned) should be in .jpg format, Image Dimension : 150W X 200H px  (with file size less than 100KB).
• Signature (scanned) should be in .jpg format, Image Dimension : 150W X 100H px (with file size limit less than 100KB).
• All certificates should be in .pdf format of each file less than 300 KB.
• The applicants are advised to fill in all their particulars carefully in the online application.
• Incomplete application shall be rejected.
• Applications received through email or received after due date will be rejected.
• Applicants are advised to retain the acknowledgement and printout of the submitted online application for future reference.
• The candidates should produce their original certificates if selected for joining. Non-production of the original certificates / production of original certificates at variance with the online submission details will result in disallowing the candidate to join for duty.

• If name of a particular University of essential / desirable qualification is not included in the list, kindly use 'others' as an option for the name of University.
• For activation of your account on Recruitment Portal, please shift the activation email from spam to Inbox in your registered e-mail account and then 'Click Here' text to activate the account.
• Last date for submitting ONLINE application: 5 PM on 14.11.2024.
